Friday, May 25th - Monday, May 28th
(Memorial Day Weekend):
Weekender Reviews
To have a pit stop to pull into on your journey, a place
full of love, peace, immense tranquility, flowing energy, diversity
and the company of the most wonderful Pagans...My Goodness...how
fortunate and blessed we are. To be at a place where that diversity
of energies abound in the most wonderful of ways and you can allow
yourself to be open to this flow of energy to fill your tank,
heal your soul, edify your mind and recharge your spirit, these
are the tools you take with you when you resume your journey...These
are the virtues that allow us to just...." BE."
I am so Honored to know that Ken had a place at the Community
fire, complete w/coffee and his Pall Mall cigarettes.......He
gave to the Greater Community! SilverWitch Rides Again! I'm looking
forward to coming to the next event......(just have to pray that
the God/dess help me to get time off from work).......and I'm
sure with Ken's help - I'll be there! Thank you and Many Blessings
to all of you for remembering Ken!
We had the best time, and hope to bring more of our brothers and
sisters down with us next time. The land is wonderful and the
work you're doing is invaluable. Everyone was just the salt of
the earth. I couldn't have asked for a better weekend, and this
comes from a woman that seriously dislikes camping. I think I
like camping now. :)
Thank you for making it a very special weekend. Thanks to the
staff for working so hard to get everything ready and then doing
everything needing to be done during the weekend. I can not put
in to words the feeling I felt while there, the best I can do
is WOW! I can not wait to come and see everyone again.
I had a great time and will be back again. I really needed to
get away and I don't know of anywhere else that would have been
better. Everyone was very friendly. Loved the Drumming and large
fire. Lots of memories. Looking forward to meeting again and making
friends.
What a weekend. I was blessed with being able to come down Wednesday
night. I slept by the river that night, and got most of my water
fix then. Thursday morning I was greeted by the sheer beauty of
the sun rising at Pyrth and the stark quiet of everyone in camp
asleep. I took a long walk down all the roads and paths, just
taking it all in. Then I sat by the community fire and read for
quite some time before I was greeted. What a magical time.
This past weekend was one of the most awesome experiences in the
Pagan community that we have had the honor to be a part of. It
is guaranteed to be a weekend we will never forget, along with
lots more to come I'm sure. The love, compassion and understanding
was overwhelming, you feel like you are part of the family as
soon as you arrive.
I had such an awesome time this weekend. I think that if I had
to do it all over again I would not change a thing. I can't believe
how nice everyone was. There are so many memories that were made
this past weekend that it is hard to keep up with them all and
not get dizzy. I have never been to a place where almost 100%
of the people are open minded and accepting of all others views.
All my fellow weekenders, family, friends, new faces, familiar
and all in between I had a wonderful time, you all made my weekend
so special whether you knew it or not. From the family whose baby
had the best placed giggles and laughs to the heralds, the drummers,
and others, your smiles were heaven your laughter a bliss and
your presence in a place where love abounded above all the mundane
world has to throw at us. You all made it worthwhile seeing you
laugh, love, and interact with one another came off as waves of
light and intersected my heart and soul driving me to complete
and utter joy. For you all I want you to know I truly found love
in your presence and cannot wait to attend as a wondeful artist

and love is unfurled" Pyrth Annwn
